CoreBar Cardio

We have discovered a new and amazing workout called...CoreBar. This program is from Norway and is making a splash in the US. Nowhere in Phoenix, except here at FLX, can you participate in this amazing full body workout that is focused on Core strength. We have pinned lots of videos to our Pinterest page and we will be announcing the class on Facebook and Twitter soon.  Jacob, our fantastic CoreBar leader will be here on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm to start.  Hopefully we will be adding more of these classes quickly.  We have room for only ten people per class, so sign up quickly!!

Bring a Friend...and the friend is free!!

We have decided that we will start offering a really great new deal! If you bring a friend to any class Monday-Friday, before NOON, your friend doesn't have to pay. This special will run through the end of April.

Studies show that most people have more success when they share their successes. Same goes for exercising. Share your success at obtaining your fitness goals with your friends, come and join us. We have Aerial Yoga, Barre Core, Cardio and Zumba classes. All scheduled before noon!!
